Bounce, Bounce (Weigh In)

I weighed in this morning about 6AM. I weighed 209.6. I got the bounce I was afraid of. Next week will be a hard week to post a loss, but I'll have at least 5 "normal" days to train and eat well. I'm gonna try moving my snack to later in the day to help with the late evening hunger. We'll see how that goes.
